Currently, our product portfolio is still in the development phase, but we are continuously working to expand and, above all, improve it. We already offer a wide range of products, but it is very important to us that with every sale, we also satisfy our customers by offering the best products at the best possible price, ensuring that our trading partners still earn well, and keeping delivery times reasonably short.

Margin & Bonussystem:
After the first year, no further bonus payments will be made upon reaching a new compensation tier. However, the achieved compensation tier will remain permanently in place. There are no minimum sales requirements or similar conditions to maintain your achieved compensation tier. Additionally, upon reaching after the first year higher compensation tiers, you will also be compensated at the higher margins. – Therefore, for an active trader, it’s simply a matter of time until they reach the maximum possible margin.
The bonus is calculated so that you receive an additional 2% for the total sales you have achieved per level. To illustrate this, consider the following example: If you have generated enough sales to move from Level 3 to Level 4, you will receive an additional 2% bonus on your already achieved sales of 300,000,000 Gs. In other words, depending on the level you reach, you will receive the designated margin for your total sales. In the example provided, at “Level 4”, this would be all together 16% of 300,000,000 Gs, which equals 48,000,000 Gs.
Future plans:
The commission plan will evolve over time as we anticipate that both production and transportation costs will decrease with increasing order volumes. We will partially pass on these savings to our distribution partners and customers.
Assembly
Our trade partners have the option to either handle the installation themselves or we are happy to take on this task for them. It is crucial that the installation is carried out by well-qualified workers. Even the best window cannot function optimally if the installation is poorly executed.
If desired, we will take care of sourcing skilled installers locally to keep the installation costs low.
If you take care of the installation yourself, it may entail a bit more work, but it also offers several advantages for you.
Support for our trading partners
If you are interested in opening your own showroom, we are pleased to support you with a variety of services, promotional materials, and the best possible discounts for your showroom equipment.
If you choose not to open your own showroom, you will receive a carefully curated starter package including some profile pieces, color samples, a small window for testing with a roller shutter box or mosquito net, product catalogs, business cards, etc.
– For this starter package is an initial fee of 3,500,000 Gs. (We have opted for this measure to prevent the exploitation of our bonus system by individual customers.)
Upon reaching the third bonus tier (14%), you will be fully reimbursed the amount of 3,500,000 Gs in addition to your bonus.
In exceptional cases, such as with construction managers and architects, we can also get started without the starter package.
Insurance & Waranty
Warranty for our customers: Once the items have been accepted by the customer after final assembly, there is no official warranty claim. However, if there is damage that was not caused by the customer or an external company during installation, PolyLine would rectify the damage at its own expense.
Warranty for our trade partners: If they handle the installation themselves, the products are insured throughout the entire transportation process until unloaded at the desired location. If we take care of the installation, the insurance coverage extends until after the final assembly.
